In today’s busy world, snacking seems to be HUGE!! Little nibbles watching TV, at your desk, or even running to the train. Snacking could even be considered another meal. The usual snack and go can be anything from chips, candy bars or even cookies. What if instead of the sugar-infested treats, we carried a little bag of roasted almonds with us?
